From what I understand due to thise ilgauskas rule. Mcghee has to be traded. Then the lakers have to trade for McGee when he is on his new team (not the cavs). If Mcghee is cut then the lakers can't sign him because they just traded him before the season started.

So basically they probably won't be able to get McGee. Most likely McGee going to Brooklyn. Which is funny cause the racist midget owner for the cavs swore he didn't want to help large market teams once Lebron left for miami. Yet since the Chris Paul for basketball reasons situation the lil midget been helping large market teams in the lakers and celtics.

Anyway expect Pau to be signed by the lakers in april.
