Reggie did not have the green light like steph. You think larry brown and larry bird were letting reggie shoot 10+ 3s a game bruh. I challenge you to argue against that and ill either call you a young dude or a casual.
Yea Reggie did have the green light like Steph.. how many 3s and off ball screens to get shots you think Reggie wasn’t getting? Them shyts was all game especially when Mark Jackson was running the point

Why u trying to argue against the obvious so hard :scust:

Bu bu but Bird and Reggie didn’t take 10 threes :laff:

Steph is the best shooter by a country mile
Where did i say steph WASN'T the best shooter? I said its invalid to compare eras when it comes 2 3pt shots

Why are teams not playing full stength on marquee matchups? This is ridiculous.. Jazz pulled everybody too? If any team I THOUGHT WOULDNT do that was the Jazz.

NBA so trash man.. nobody wanna show their hand till playoffs. Just unacceptable
Because the regular season is meaningless and this condensed schedule is brutal. Teams are seeing stars go down left and right so it only makes sense to get players rest when they can.

Why not both? What would the Jazz have gained by playing their top guys tonight? Hell, they had a chance to win the game without them.

yall say the regular season is meaningless yet it's where the bulk of their money comes from hence why they agreed to this schedule in the first place :yeshrug:

& like I've said on here before, if the regular season is meaningless, and a lot of these players don't make the playoffs, which games are they playing that do matter :patrice:

and finally, the NBA is an entertainment product and if the entertainment value ain't high, then it will suffer and since the players want the money, they gotta give the fans what they want :gucci:

It's like nikkas forget this is entertainment. Only one team can win the championship. Learn to enjoy the journey no matter what the end result is.

I don't understand the point you are making? I personally don't think it's meaningless because I love basketball but I said it was meaningless cause that's how a lot of teams are treating it. Do you think the Jazz sit their stars if they felt this game meant anything in the grand scheme? No. But the Jazz are trying to win a title so they are like many of the other top teams are going to rest their players as much as they can.

the point I'm making is that the NBA is a product being sold to consumers & on any given night, that product is not living up to the value the consumers are expecting. NBA markets it's stars & this is what fans expect tuning into games, the stars not playing in televised games is like The Simpsons air consistently without Homer or Bart...it's not what people want or expect.

you said the regular season is meaningless, but it obviously isn't in regards to players' paychecks and getting into the playoffs, and being seen to build a brand...so players shouldn't treat as such if they want a big reup on the next tv contract and to become "stars".

LaVine is a monster let it rock. :shaq2:

What do we call a nikka with a 46 inch vertical that can connect 40%+ on a high volume of threes if not a generational talent himself

Honestly, i dunno what being called a generational talent from the early 00s even means... when the top 12'ish players in the league today are all generational talents...

Harden, Curry, KD, Jokic, Embiid, Giannis, Luka, LeBron, Kawhi, Zion, AD, Kyrie...

...without even getting to guys like LaVine, Tatum, Dame, Russ, etc who are all very unique
