The Wiz aren't exactly savants in the draft. They need to build some culture. Beal and Russ are stars, they're not going to waste their prime tanking for some kid to come off the bench. The Wiz have a solid big 3 in Russ, Beal, and Rui. They need shooters. Gafford was a steal.

Bertans is basically being held together with spit and glue. Can't rely on him unfortunately. I haven't seen Matthews be very consistent yet, but maybe that's down to touches and rhythm.

Hachimura sure. Deni? Can't call it. He's still not as aggressive as he needs to be. Rui has that problem too. Not nasty enough. Hopefully Russ helps them build that confidence.
