I said he’s been dealt a bad hand but this roster shouldn’t be getting blown out by the pistons when healthy like last night. They have no system on offense. Even DJ Augustine couldn’t facilitate in this mess last night. Houston has talent. This ain’t the 2003 Cavs or 1999 Bulls. Like I said he shouldn’t be fired but he needs to implement an offense. Players don’t know where to ET need to be. I get frustrated when I see two players in the same spot on the floor(especially in the corne) as often I seen. We have a drive and kick guard in wall but why is he always crowded on penetration with no open player for an outlet.
DJ Augustine just got there - and its not like those guys have had any time to build familiarity with each other or practice at length in this type of season either.

There ain't a combination decent of players on that roster with more than two dozen games together. You're not getting any kind of competent NBA level offense out of that. Especially in this kind of season where team practices aren't a given with all the restrictions and travel demands in place.

Silas has had his hands full just trying to get guys to show up :dead:

19 straight losses:francis:.you can have all the bad luck in the world and that shouldn’t happened so effortlessly as it has for Houston

This is so stupid.. like how is Lebron #1?
We might as well chalk this up.. the media is determined to get Lebron the MVP.. Lakers could lose 10 straight and he’d still be the top mvp candidate.

I just love how nobody is talking about Giannas. It’s hilarious.

I don’t even know what metric they are using to decide that Lebron is at the top of the mvp race.. he’s even 13th in PER. :dead:

Lebron has led the league in PER 6 times and AD 1 times. Lebron has 4 MVPs and AD 0. With this in mind, remind me why you wrote the above garbage

I thought as much. You mentioned PER and I showed you that your feeble point is nonsense.

Again you aren’t making a point, you moron. When did I say the player with the highest per should be mvp? I only stated that he isn’t even a top player this season when it comes to PER.

Again, fukk out of my mentions with your nonsense posting.

W
e could get 3 good draft picks for Wood and a young player with upside. I read that Houston been getting some ridiculous offers for Wood but consider him a cornerstone. I wouldn’t be opposed to trading him but it would take crazy haul. He is a really good player. Single-handlers kept us in the game last night but once/whenever he set Detroit just pulled away.

Silas been dealt a bad hand but he needs to do better. He should be brought back next season but he needs to implement some sort of system on offense.

Honestly the rockets probably should just blow it all up as best as they can to have a clean slate. What type of control do they have over their picks.

Why mention it if its not even important? Why does it matter that he doesn't have the highest PER when there were seasons where he had the highest PER but didn't win it. What was the point other than the post being an emblem of your stupidity?

Not really possible when your have a negative value super max contract on your team. It’s best to just eat it and rebuild around it

I just figured they were stuck with wall I don’t even count him just hope he can play the best he can and help develop younger players

Yeah his salary is a big part of the rebuilding obstacle . That’s why it’s important for Houston to get a top lottery pick on a rookie contract. By the time the rookie contract is up Wall will be gone
