They are about to hit a rough part of their schedule...but wasting a prime Curry year just to get in the play-in game feels stupid. They’re not prioritizing developing Wiseman but they’re not chasing wins per Kerr either.

A very improved Jarrett Allen was looking like an offensive savant and Zion was having his way with him but you can still see the difference he makes. Being a competent and coordinated 7’1 and constantly disrupting shots, makes him really valuable but his actual low post defense isn’t all time or anything.

Ben Simmons might be my pick for DPOY now since The Pacers kinda fell off as of late and Myles Turner has teetered off. But Gobert definitely has consistently been the best rim protector for a while now.
