He was a second round pick... sometimes they just are what they are. He made an impact at the start of his rookie year until the league adjusted to his game. He was really only a role player in college.

Their point differential is way down too. They've always been top or near top of the league, best years typically around +10 or 11. This season thus far it's under 5 - behind Bucks, Raps, Thunder, Nuggets, Celtics and Pacers.

They're missing a whole all-star so its probably best to reserve judgment until Boogie is there because they might take it to another level when he gets there.

Bell is a 2nd rounder, he was brought in as a hustle garbage big and more or less thats what he is. Damian Jones looked like he was the one that would take the next step but he got hurt
