No one is paying Rose 20M a year. Jabari got paid cause he's young and teams still think he has potential and it was free cap space by the Bulls 1 year. Minny has no cap space so they can't give him more than the MLE I believe.

High key, D.Rose going to Phoenix would be a dope look. He can finally play his real position as a PG and with Booker.
