The Cavs with Kevin Love and Sexton are actually a decent squad.....the are a good draft pick away from being dope again......
Next year they may be a PROBLEM
No I actually think we have the potential to be worse next season...We still need to keep our draft pick again. And some of the dudes who were producing we will need to or try to trade also a gang of expiring deals which we could possibly move to bring in some bad contracts if their current teams attach assets to them.
We have JR and possibly Tristan who should be moved for contract purposes this season and released....And we have dudes in their last season like Henson who barely played this season and sat out the rest with a wrist injury who may be traceable at some point...I just hope we can luck into picking up someone like RJ or Culver...I'm positive we won't get the 1st pick and even if we get the 2nd pick I suggest trading down to pick up RJ or Culver.
Most people are down on RJ for being a chucker but he's extremely talent and he has that dog in him. Culver may actually be 6'7 also and could play the 2/3 for us and also plays defense a bit I predict we stick to a long slow rebuild and do things the correct way no stars will sign here we just have to convince the stars we already have as they hopefully develop to stay.
If I were another team I wouldn't touch Kevin Love at all far too injury prone and overpaid...He is were he should be I would force feed him for empty stats next season try to get him back to 22pt 10rb a night.
