I’ve been a big fan of the job Masai Ujiri has done building this Raptors team but this Marc Gasol/Jonas Valanciunas trade has been an absolute disaster. At this point Gasol isn’t better than JV, in addition they lost a serviceable 3rd string point guard in Delon Wright who they often used to defend bigger guards and now the corpse of Jeremy Lin is receiving his minutes. Anytime Lowry and VanVleet aren’t playing minutes at point guard and Lin is, the Raptors are in trouble.
