Igor Kokoskov should get at least 1 more year. The team seems to be playing a lot better since they broke the 17 game losing streak.
If the Suns can get a good PG and PF I think they will finally turn the corner next season.
I just don't think its a good idea to keep firing coaches. If Sarver goes through with this this will be Booker's 5th or 6th coach.

Yeah we gotta keep Igor regardless just to establish some sort of consistency. Now that they're playing a lot better it's even more of a no-brainer.
The only way I consider cutting Igor loose to bring in yet another coach is if the Suns look as bad as they did a month ago AND there's an established, quality NBA coach waiting in the wings and interested in the job i.e. Budenholzer before Sarver fukked that up this past summer.

Funny enough when you look at their splits...
They are dead last in 3 point attempts with LMA and Derozan on the floor...neither one of those dudes shoot 3's...
They are a little above average when you play LMA and no Derozan...because Derozan gets replaced by a 3 point shooter (mills, bertans, forbes, marco)...
They are damn near the houston rockets when they play Derozan and no LMA...it's just Derozan setting up 3 point shooters with the occasional dunks by Poeltl...
So it's basically like...3 different spurs teams...
It's also :baldhuh: how much attention Derozan draws on the perimeter for a guy who doesn't shoot 3's at all...
