Sexton is fast as hell pushing fastbreaks but it's like once he gets to the other side he has no idea what to do

I don't know. As I said earlier in this thread the cavs seem to have 0 ball movement and don't set screens for him when he gets the ball. Only thing he can do is muscle his way to the rim or pull up because I've noticed his dribble is decent but it ain't going break you off or anything.
