This is essentially the...

Kyrie/Bron
Wade/Bron
Fultz/Simmons

arguments but I think in the case of Bron/Giannis, they are so good that you're overemphasizing the lack of roster flexibility it'd create.
.
The difference is that Giannis can't shoot at all, from anywhere, and that's even before we take into account the spaces that Bledsoe works in, and can't. They both need the ball in their hands to a far greater degree than both Kyrie/Bron and Wade/Bron (not to mention weaker scoring skillsets), which only further limits what lineups they can put out on the floor and the type of plays/actions they can run. Look, I completely understand that player availability from a type standpoint and a location standpoint is an issue for the Bucks, but this most certainly doesn't move the needle for them, and it could very well create more problems.

Bledsoe is not worth that risk.

Not to butt in, but Giannis is lowkey a decent mid range shooter

Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
Also highkey this draft looks like it could go down as a classic. You have about 10 guys already producing at a high level from day one. :whoo:
Uhhhhh, I have made 10+ threads about this class since these nikkas was in college. At this point, this class has outperformed ALL draft classes. I know it's only 3-5 games, but there is 13 rookies right now scoring double figures :wow:. All these dudes are elite ball handlers, finishers, and most of them can shoot off the dribble with ease.

In 20 years this will be known as the GOAT, real talk.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Brogdon is like the modern day Doug Christie to me. :manny:

I think that's a guy who has a 10+ NBA career and a contributor to playoff bound teams, high level role player. His ceiling isn't high but you know you're getting a physical guard with size, I.Q., who defends multiple positions, shoots, and he has sneaky bounce.

I feel Bledsoe takes the ball out of Giannis hands too much. Bled himself is a so-so shooter, while Giannis is a non-shooter. Since, you just spoke on LeBron I think you're underrating his spot up shooting (since Miami he's been very efficient here), his play without the ball as a screen setter and roller, backdoor cuts and lob catching. Giannis can do most of those things except shoot.

Thon and Brogdon should be untouchable in a Bledsoe trade, he isn't worth it IMO.

He's Doug Christie playing the 1 though, he's clearly a 2 guard playing PG simply because they don't have one and because he can guard them.

I think they need someone to help Giannis create, the ball is in his hands too much and he's asked to do too much for them. You already know what will happen in the playoffs, teams will take their chances going 1 v 1 vs Giannis with the only help D coming from the guy defending Thon, meanwhile the rest of his teammates can be guarded straight up and the opposing team will take the chances with Thon getting open threes. That is exactly what the Hornets did to them the other night, Dwight literally wasn't guarding Thon but Giannis is so great it didn't matter.

LeBron wasn't that shooter at 22, he became a good spot up shooter playing with the Heat because he had to. I think getting someone and forcing Giannis to take more threes eventually turns him into a better shooter, and he's great cutting off the ball but we don't get to see that skill often from him because he has to do virtually everything for the Bucks.

Robert Covington has hit 17 threes in 5 games at a .486 clip

@Malta

Contract year, and he took an absolutely terrible three last night that helped the Rockets get back into it, Pop would have benched him for 10 games over that shyt.

Didn't Coli experts claim Simmons was a bad defender? I've seen him defend elite guards so far in his very brief career just fine.

The boy is nice but his green light is getting ridiculous if you watched last night. nikka was just straight chucking that shyt up every time he got the ball.
I didn't see the game last night but when I looked at the boxscore in the paper this morning, I saw he had 12 3 point attempts. I just shook my head.

That Tony Snell for MCW trade looking a lil funny in the light right now
:patrice:

Snell wasn't going to get any burn last year because they added Wade, but... you trade Jimmy and buy out Wade, so they basically traded Snell for nothing

:jbhmm:
