Bagley's motor shyts on Ayton's motor. Did you watch Bagley against Texas and Florida?
Bagley has one of the best motors we have seen in the NBA. Westbrook like for someone so talented. Ayton has a motor on the ball or running to the basket but not off of the ball. He doesn't have that stamina

I don't think Bagley will fail in the NBA just because of his motor. He's always active. That's something that can't be taught. You either have it or you don't.

I think he's a lock to be a star and possibly a superstar.

Defends all five positions, high BBIQ, great at positioning, quick as cat shyt, fast, good functional strength, good passing iq, elite rebounder, team thinker, great off of the ball, elite ball handler for position, great hands, can finish from each side. Not afraid of contact, wants to improve everyday. Relentless like Westbrook. He's the only star lock in this class if he stay healthy. By far better than anyone I've seen in college in ages.

Definitely agree with this. Bagley has done a great job of staying in front of perimiter players on switches. Him and Wendell Carter on the same team is unfair. Their high-low game together is lovely to watch. I'm a huge fan of Wendell Carter. Love how he grabs boards with both hands and tries to dunk everything.

I love the fit, honestly, this makes Carter look better than he is but scouts aren't dumb.

Come to think about it a lot of these 2018 have some major concerns.

Bamba - he's frail and can get bullied. I worry about a Nerlens situation where he's good in space and can rim protect against guys on the perimeter driving in but he get's bullied 1 v 1 and for rebounds. He's better on offense than Nerlens by a lot though. He might be my favorite guy not sure.

Ayton- He does some alarmingly bad stuff on defense. Not block chasing like KAT but not contesting easily contestable shots and just flat missing rotations. Could be youth..could be something wrong with his inherit defensive instincts and it takes a long time to teach that if at all for some cats

Doncic - White euro wing...that's almost enough said. He's had by far the most success against the toughest competition but he faces the most challenge in terms of the transition to the L. Going up against wash outs and other euro's gonna prepare you to guard/get guarded by guys like Giannis?

Bagley - I dunno for some reason ultra production at the college level scares me when it comes to bigs...specifically tweeners. Might be that Derrick Williams/Royce White syndrome. Dude is a better athlete than them and it looks like he gives a shyt but I'm seeing a guy out working dudes and not a guy with a whole bunch of skill/elite athleticism.

Porter - looked slow with the ball when I saw him in H.S. He's got skill and height but I don't think he's gonna be a high level creator for himself..plus the back issue it's kind of scary with dude.

It's early though and opinions can change. Plus these cats are young...so weaknesses now don't necessarily mean weaknesses later.

I can agree with all of this except Bagley isn't a tweener he's clearly a NBA 4 there will be no discussion about what position he plays unless he plays 5 out of need. Kind of like how Horford has played 5 for the majority of his career even though he's natively a PF. I basically see AD without the defense when it comes to him.

Also Bamba doesn't get bullied for rebounds, I was watching for that in the Duke game. He grabs the ball with a vice grip and clears the area with his elbows at times. Bamba looks like a young Mutombo :lupe:
