I think he's more or less adjusting to the lost weight....
He has to learn to play leaner. He's still playing like he has all that bulk, which made it harder for opponents to get the angle on him. Now he weighs the same as any other center......
But otherwise he's been good. They just don't go to him enough in the post imo. He has some crazy moves.
They should treat Nurkic like Embidd, just pass him the rock, and let him go to work, then when they send double teams. Have thrillard and 3J tear up the perimeter...

the Mavs are gonna tank hard. I dont think that is a secret. the thing is, anyone they get in the top 5 will help them. they need help at almost every position. everyone thought giving Wes Matthews that money at the time was a mistake. turns out, it was. that 31st pick could turn out to be a winner for them also.
