Wizards don't have the greatest defense, but Covington was already one of the better 3D wings last season. Dude could be in a for a [minor] leap this season.

:whoo:

He's leaping.

Sidenote: Porzingis is ridiculous. 7ft3 ass muh'fukka right there catching-and-shooting with the most efficient wings.:mjlol:

Some of yall are way off base with your Lonzo takes. Yes, he needs to improve his finishing and his form is ugly.

But the biggest problem is that the Lakers are asking him to generate a ton offense when he flourished at UCLA spending a lot of time off-ball Hoop-Math -- UCLA basketball play-by-play statistics

Once again, Lonzo is best when he can get some catch + shoot opportunities and do quick passes to guys in motion.

Thats why trading DLo was dumb. He needs another creator, KCP doesn't generate most of his own offense.

Lonzo is dead last on the Lakers in the percentage of his offense that is assisted, both overall and from the 3 pt line:

I've been peeped this...

Those nikkas he playing with ain't about moving the rock at all. Dude is used to playing in a sharing offense, where he can swing the ball or pass it ahead and guys make the right basketball decision and play. Currently... the Lakers get the ball from dude, put their heads down, and don't even look to pass unless they absolutely have to. Their games ugly as hell cause most of that team is selfish af.

It's a completely different vibe to how he meshed with the guys he was playing Summer League with.

Yup, put he needs a Spurs/GS type offense with tons of motion and versatility. No point in having him on a team running PnR and ISO every possession.

shyt, he'd look better on your Bulls with Hoiberg who understands spacing, screening, movement, and loves multipositional playmakers.
