I mentioned in another thread prior to this season that BB's system would remain even with a player like Simmons added to the mix:
#4 in passes made in 2014/15
#3 in passes made in 2015/16
#1 in passes made in 2016/17 (30 more passes per game than the #2 ranked team), as well as traveling more distance on offense than any other team
#1 in passes made in 2017/18
I'm definitely not surprised he's already got Simmons playing off the ball this early in the season.
Sometimes they overpass, but the ball zips around and when they can't find a shot they get it to the big man on the block.
All they need to do is get Fultz incorporated with the system and if the shot he showed at Washington comes back they will be scary.
