Go back and look at the pre season rankings and predictions...EVERYONE had Celtics and Sixers above Toronto...

:smh: Revisionist history.

There were serious question marks around the 76ers when the season began, mainly about Embiid's health and Fultz's drastic fall off from Summer League (his awful shooting form and subsequent long-term absence). Raptors may not have been favored to come out the East but the 76ers defnitely weren't either.

Now if you had said the Wizards...

Nah nikka half this board had the raptors missing the playoffs...of course when they exceed those expectations its a built in excuse/revisionist history or they sposed to win 50 and when they dont its a Dennis Green meme...

nikkas just refuse to give them credit any which way...

Remember when everyone was clamoring for a change in the playoff format? Looking at the standings and the only difference would be that Denver would make the playoffs instead of the Wizards if it was just the best 16 teams by record. Don't see the other 29 owners caring enough to change the format at least this year.

I think it’s less that and more of the fact that some are tired of the same inevitable matchups and the notion that Rockets /Warriors should be the NBA Finals and not just the West final

Weird he put Mbute as sixth man of the year over Gordon.

mBute goin get paid this offseason

Mbah a Moute probably made it over Gordon based off his defense.

He and P.J. Tucker are a big reason for why Houston went from solely an offensive juggernaut to a 65 win team with the 6th best defensive rating in the league.

Lol at no raptors, and kuzma on 2nd team
It's a stacked rookie class. Kuzma would have won RoY last year. This year he was damn good but can you say with absolute certainty that he is nicer than Tatum or Markannen? :jbhmm:

It's tough to get any Raptors in there. DeRozan and Lowry will be considered for All-NBA teams and VanVleet will get some love in the 6MOY race. DeRozan and Lowry didn't have a better year than Harden, Lillard, Steph, Westbrook, Oladipo, CP3.
