I was looking at all the teams salaries this morning. I know Sacramento is a joke but they should easily have room for either two max contracts this summer or three max contracts in 2019.

They only have one contract on the books for 2019 right now and that’s Bogdan at $8.5 million.

I was looking for scenarios where LeBron, Kawhi, and Paul George could all play together.

Because of the longevity??

Lemme ask you this, friendo.

Do you consider Tony Parker and Jason Terry HOF cuz they have the same numbers as Johnson
They don't have the same numbers. Joe is a two way players who's been a seven time All Star. He's been the best player on all of his teams outside of Phx and Bos as a rookie. Joe gets in with flying colors

Oak Cliff Tx Triple D as a whole
Crowder will fit in perfectly with Utah as long as they bring him off the bench as they did last night. He's a 6'6 tweener.Too short to guard PF's,and not fast/quick enough to guard SF's.Utah has a legit rim protector which will also help Crowder....Crowder should get more shot opportunities playing on a team that doesn't have multiple offensive all-stars....This was Crowder's 2nd good game against Portland this season. He scored 17 pts against Portland back in Jan.
Yep I agree they really tried to turn jae into spot up/3 point shooter in Cleveland & that isn't the young bull game. Huge upgrade from Joe Johnson he has slowed down due to age.

I don’t know man. If they dont do anything stupid until July 1st, 2019 and they are able to secure those meetings they can say “Hey Guys, we’ve got Ayton and Fox and all the cap space in the world to build whatever team you want.”

Plus they’d still be trash next season so they would have a great pick in 2019 as well.

Those players got to at least consider it right?

(This is all assuming that PG and Bron both do 1 + 1 player options this summer)

They already have a pathway to do this without doing anything today. That’s why I brought it up.

Then their agents and rival teams will just show them this clip:

I’m sure the line of thinking in that front office is considering this as a realistic approach past all the Vivek jokes.

They are in great position to change their fortune. They could win the lotto this year and next on top having massive cap space in 2019.

I wouldn’t write it off.

Depends on what the Lakers do this summer. If they choose not to blow their capspace this summer, no chance Kings can compete with them for FA's in 2019. Would also put the Bulls in the mix for FA's over the next two summers, they trump the Kings and have space. I have to take a closer look with adding Asik's contract though, also that Felicio contract while isnt a killer ... really sucks now. We have much better young talent than the Kings right now with Lauri, Zach & Dunn ..

WCS looks promising as a strong role player, Fox hasnt shown much - I just dont see anyone taking serious meetings with the Kings .. especially jumping into the Warriors division and shyt

Kings cap wise are still in a better position.

Lakers don’t have as much space as I’m sure they wanted to hold on to Lonzo, Ingram, Hart, Kuz, and maybe this year’s pick if they get it plus the Cavs pick. They’d have to make the decision on who/what would go if they wanted to offer 3 full maxes or get closer to it. They’d still have to move Deng as well.

I think teams that want to be players in 2019 have to operate the way the Heat did in 2010.

Bulls are going to pay Zach LaVine and they’ve got other moves they have to make in order to even get in that type of game.

I dont see a repeat of 2010 ... two max spaces should do the trick for LA. Most of these guys will end up staying put ...

Jimmy/Kyrie teaming up made sense since they are so tight .. but Kyrie is in too good of a situation to leave ... so is Jimmy when you factor in the supermax offer and chance to keep playing with KAT (and I guess Wiggins). Kawhi is gonna stay. Cousins is prob staying in New Orleans now after the injury. Klay is likely staying or being signed/traded.

That doesnt leave much high end talent unfort

If this season and next go as expected and GS wins in a 3peat you’d have to think that James, George, and Leonard are going to find a way to make something happen. They need 3 to have a shot at stopping a dynasty.

Kings should be right there if they don’t do the things they normally do. All I’m saying. We will obviously know if that’s what they are thinking based on if they start picking up all their young guys team options and/or spend a crazy amount of long term money this summer.

I bet they sign more George Hill like contracts this summer to bolster their young core ... they made that signing after drafting Fox too .. they are hopeless IMO
