It’s fukked up we ain’t get him but still 10 or so teams passed on him and he’s clearly the best player currently in his draft class
Same with kuzma
They worked him out more than once too though :snoop:, prob still coulda got Blake too so our future coulda been set.

Now that I think about it, they are the worse drafting franchise in NBA history. shyt is so fukkin wack smh.

I legit don’t know how the Jazz passed on him...For that trade they did. I had them pick him and ole dude from Duke who the pelicans picked in the mock draft...He seemed like A Utah guy...

But hey the jazz got Mitchell who many of us also had going higher and he’s a stud. Had him going to the Pistons/Hornets for example.

Not the same. Most of those teams still got potential stars or high ceiling players. If it was all about filling needs them he was still the right pick. If you thought grrr was a pg then they were already shopping Reggie so here's his replacement. And if you thought he was a 2 they were unsure on what they wanted to do with KCP so here's his replacement. He already was projected as a good defender and he was an effective shooter in college. Not Kennard like, but he brought so much more to the table than Luke. AND HE WAS READY TO BE A PISTON. This was a wide open layup that Stan fumbled out of bounds. Drummond, Blake and Mitchell would be a nice foundation to build on, especially in the East.
