If the Raps can't put it together this year in the playoffs by making the Finals or at the very least being competitive with the Cavs it might be time to trade Lowry while he still has value and give the keys to Delon and VanVleet......both have been tremendous.

Delon has really impressed me this season... Training with Derozan in the summer helped his game.. nikka has the potential to be great just need to stay healthy.

how the hell was gerald green available? :mindblown:
I don't even know, breh.

Some real dumb ass G.M.'s out there, any team that lacks fire power off the bench or wing play could use a Gerald Green.

Houston is a tremendous fit for him, and it's his hometown team so things are looking good for breh.

At the top.
I think he's a consistent jump shot away from being a super useful player.

Maybe he could be a lowry replacement one day, but yeah being 25 already might limit how high of a ceiling he has
Delon seems to understand the game well but didn't have a lot of confidence in his jumper. If he can hit those on a regular ..we might have our PG going forward.

DeRozan hitting these 3pt on a regular now ..leveling up once again

I was willing to let him walk last summer and spend that money on shooters or a big man...I was told if you dont bring him AND Ibaka back ur rebuilding lol.

I think it was the right move to bring him back given the contract you gave him and his importance to the team in the last 4 years but at this point he is looking more and more expendable each day between Delon and VanVleet's emergence and Derozan's growth into a true star. His presence probably played some role in the development of Delon and VanVleet as well. Tough to project what they'd play like now if they had to carry the team along with Derozan currently.

with the Toronto playing... they gotta find a way to unload Val... while simultaneously improving... even if it means trading delon or Vander... they gotta cement themselves as the number 2 squad

According to most advance stats hes still a top 5 PG even with his scoring down...which i dont understand cuz the eye test tells me hes fallen off and DeRozan has taken over as the teams No1 player, yet in most metrics it still shows hes the best player and among the top guards in terms of efficiency and value...

Theyre not trading Delon...if anything they'll try to move JV & Powell whos fallen out of the rotation...
