No. That's not it at all. It's hard for him to see the floor because courtesy of SVG they went from the sf spot being the weakest on the team to it probably being the deepest. Marcus Morris turned out to be much better than folks thought and then they were able to aquire Tobias for crumbs. Now you add Jon Leuer to the mix, who's getting all the backup pf minutes, somewhere Stanley was able to steal a couple minutes last year, and now minutes are pretty scarce for him. They tried him at backup sg but he's not really quick/nimble enough to chase sgs around. While i wanna see him develop he's just gonna have to continue to develop his skills so he can make the best of his opportunities when he gets minutes.
I'm a Stanley of Stanley but he has really struggled with consistency on both ends. He has talent on D but he also has mental lapses. On offense he just doesn't have the handle And explosiveness to take advantage of his physique and his jumper is still not falling. He is really young tho still, so I still hope he breaks out eventually. But that looks like it will prob be next year at this point.

Spurs have the best defense in the league when Kawhi's off the floor, yet one of the worst when he's on it. Obviously there's a lot of noise involved, but those #s are still insane.

Defense really hasn't been bad, he's just not really built to guard 1s and 2s which he has had to do more of to see the floor. Spot on with his offensive problems though. Because he's really indecisive on offense he's losing minutes to other guys.

He was forced on the scene last year out of necessity cause the bench was trash. Team is much deeper now so he needs to focus this time on skill development.

Draymond's next kick should warrant a 2 game suspension, then 6 if there is a following incident, then 12 if there is another incident.

It is remarkable how far ahead the NHL is with punishing players than the NBA with the same amount of games played per season. If someone is excessively dirty and pulling some bullshyt they might get a quick 20 game suspension, Draymond somehow goes unpunished for his bullshyt. Set a precedent and make this dumb motherfukker learn.

pathetic agenda
:merchant:

Statistically the Spurs have the best defense when he's off, but one of the worst while he's on. That doesn't mean that he's not a great defender and it doesn't mean they Spurs are better off without him - it's just giving a general outlook of how the defense performs with him on/off court. Like I said there's a lot of noise involved (starters/bench units he plays with, personnel cohesion, matchups and all other activity on the defensive end), but his defense has slipped this season, and it's not just in his individual defensive shot situation attempts either. I've talked about Gobert's chances of winning DPOY this season and how he's a deserving candidate, so miss with me with that "pathetic agenda" bullshyt.

@H.J.Duck you can get some of this too.
