You expect him to do all of that at 19?

Some of y'all have unrealistic expectations from teenagers. Ingram has always been a project. No one in their right mind expected him to come out and dominate. He's actually ahead of schedule if you're being impartial. He's shown great play making skills and has been asked to be a PG, a position he hasn't really played all too much in his career. Not to mention, the Lakers are doing a great disservice playing him with the chuck bros(Lou Will and Clarkson) as he never gets to touch the ball.

Show me a video of Childress being half the playmaker that Ingram is.
At 19 and the #2 pick? Yeah. :yeshrug:

And I don't buy that "playmaking skills"/"asked to be a PG" shyt either because the Lakers been letting Julius Randle do that shyt too. And if you want to look at another kid doing the same 'pg' nonsense then look no further than Justise Winslow. On crap teams, a forward bringing the ball up has no significance. I agree about Clarkson. Lou... I'm on the fence.

And btw everyone knows Grayson was the one driving that Duke team :mjpls:

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
Only 1 rookie is averaging double digits, it's really poor class in terms of on court production. There are some factors to that, but in terms of pure numbers it's been a horrible rookie class.

It's one year in!

Jaylen Brown would be putting up the numbers you want if he didn't end up on a contending team and got consistent minutes

Simmons hasn't played a minute yet

Most rookies don't tend to turn it up and get big minutes til after the deadline

Simmons Ingram brown hield Murray Chriss all gonna be nice...

Brogdon and Zubac been good

Don't forget zizic and the dancing bear coming next year

And we're talking about this one year. Nobody said this is gonna be the worst draft class ever in terms of their entire careers.

Simply that they've performed terribly as rookies compared to other years. Not sure why you're trying so hard to fight this

Obligatory young Gawd video

@duckbutta

He has the Great One mentoring him, I expect your blessing soon :jbhmm:

On the one hand I don't really stan non swag antonio players...and their is no way embiid is ever going to leave Philly and play for the Spurs...

On the other hand he got a Pop disciple as a coach and he getting mentored by Dungawd so I kind of HAVE to stan him at this point...which means I might end up having to stan philly...

So...I'm in FOR NOW...if the Spurs ever get Okafor though then I'm out :hubie:

You sound stupid.

What rookies went off last year besides KAT? They usually don't start to show out until after the all star break or 2nd year.

I sound stupid because I'm saying a draft class that doesn't have a single player averaging double digit points is having a historically awful rookie year so far production wise? :heh:

Are you serious? Every single player who made all-rookie 1st team last season would be the runaway ROY this season if they were in Embiid's place. Some of them who made 2nd team would have an argument as well
