He worked on his lower body strength. Cavs sports science team got upgraded.
I'll give the ownership this.... They seem to learn from their mistakes....(player dieting and development being the biggest area of improvement).

But Lamb's really impressed so far. Dude is doing all kinds of stuff with confidence that I didn't even know he was capable of.
I'd rather pay him 21/3 than Jodie Meeks though. There are worse SGs to invest in so meh
D'Angelo is a problem and not in the good way
He's shockingly slow, his lateral movement makes it seem like he been in the league for at least 12 years.

That's what bothers me so much even in the pre-season. He's amazingly slow. Like just a tad bit faster than Anderson on the Spurs. Sometimes I wonder why did the Lakers pass on Okafor again but even worst, Bryon Scott wanted Mudiay, it was the Lakers who wanted Russell and showtime back
The Hornets look good this year. Forget the record, they are probably going to be over .500 this year. But they need to look into trading Al Jefferson. The fit just isn't there no more.
