It makes no sense, what's also weird is how he limited KAT's game, there's no way Karl just developed that mid-range jumper overnight.

I said this earlier but Cal was using KAT wrong, he used him as just a defensive hustle player, he never unleashed him. Against Wisconsin his touches were all in the low post, had like 20 points on straight post hooks, but really he can play much faster than that and he can play further away from the basket

did you see the game they lost? late in the game, in attempt to comeback, they were running 1-4 low isolation for andrew harrison. that's just poor coaching. he never maximizes the talent of his big men and this has always been the coach. He's a great recruiter, but an average at best coach.
