@BuddyOmar If i knew what you looked like I'd put your face over Melo's and make turn this into a gif...

Miami Heat 2015-16 ECC!

For the entire month - 36.7 ppg on 23 shots/55% FG shooting, 6.7 out of 12.5 three-point attempts/53% 3-pt shooting in ONLY 34 minutes. How in the hell do you score 37 points in 34 minutes while only taking 23 shots? Just for comparison - Jordan scored 37 ppg in 40 minutes while taking 28 shots a game. And that's not even taking into account free throw attempts.

The Jordan numbers you're referring to are whole season numbers though. For example, his February of that year he actually scored 38 points on 27 shots and I'm sure he's had other months that were even more impressive.
If you consider he also had an entire season in which he averaged 35 points on 24 shots in 40 minutes and 53.5FG% (while playing defensive player of the year defense by the way), I think it's safe to say that even Curry himself would beat comparing his numbers to Jordan's too quickly. Yes, Curry gets his points relatively fast in relatively few minutes but he also just takes a lot of shots in those restricted minutes. So even though Jordan played 6 minutes more than Curry's February in the season just mentioned, he only took 0.9 shots more than Curry over those extra minutes (although he may have taken FTs in this time but you said not to even consider those).
What made you think I was trying to state otherwise? Most can interpret the "comparison".The Jordan numbers you're referring to are whole season numbers though.
And Curry scored 37 ppg on 23 shots in the month of February. Jordan scored 1 more point on four more shots. The point of referencing that is what exactly? For example, his February of that year he actually scored 38 points on 27 shots and I'm sure he's had other months that were even more impressive.
I brought up Jordan's points/shots during his peak just to give perspective on the level Curry is "scoring" at over the past month. I wasn't trying to insinuate that he was a better scorer, or his career scoring should be compared to Jordan's, just that he's performing on the same/similar level to one of,if not the greatest scorer that's ever played the game. What does your opinion of what Curry may think of someone comparing his #s to Jordan have to do with anything? If you consider he also had an entire season in which he averaged 35 points on 24 shots in 40 minutes and 53.5FG% (while playing defensive player of the year defense by the way), I think it's safe to say that even Curry himself would beat comparing his numbers to Jordan's too quickly.
Now you're just talking in circles.Yes, Curry gets his points relatively fast in relatively few minutes but he also just takes a lot of shots in those restricted minutes. Breh its a Toronto thing. It's not about how it ends, it's about what's happened so far up to this point.
