Most NBA guys can make 80% of their shots in practice settings, what separates the great shooters is that in game situations they can still hit around 45-50% and will make uncontested shots at around 60% in games. Someone like MCW probably hits a lot of them in practice, but in a game when there's guys running at him, or sagging off him forcing him to take a shot he doesn't want to he can't make em.
