#1 and #2 picks are surefire picks (Ingram and Simmons) everyone else has to basically get drafted into the right situation to blossom. Brown, Rabb, Dunn and Murray could all be really good for the Sixers, but none of them are franchise-changing players to me unless paired with a top pick as Malta suggested
