Considering how they were slaved by Thibs, I doubt it. In fact they will probably welcome it. This is the way the NBA is moving. Less minutes and deeper rotations. Look at SA, ATL, GS. I think the problem will be who starts. I'm pretty sure a guy like Noah feels slighted, considering he was the leader of the team at one point and know hes coming off the bench in his contract year

The bulls are gonna be in closer games and I don't think you can play jimmy butler n derrick rose 27mins and expect to win. Holiberg gonna get a wake up call real quick. There was a reason why thibs was tryna kill butler and kill deng a couple years back. Thibs knew what it took to win

Youre overestimating the east and overestimating the fact that we couldnt care less about our record. Need to be healthy, fresh and we need less experienced guys to feel comfortable in their roles

Yes, they were blowing people out because of the system they have in place. No iso ball( I mean Steph did occasionally because he can) Guys moving, cutting, etc. Everyone knowing their role and understanding it. Plus, you still have a bonafide superstar in Steph who could take over if necessary. I mean did you watch the Bulls last year. It consisted of a lot of slow half court sets with high picks which usually resulted in the ball handler getting trapped. Teams just keyed in on Rose/Butler. Because no one could handle the ball/stood around. If the games are close then yea you want Rose out there in the end. But the days of playing guys for straight quarters and a half are over. Look at how guys like Portis and Mcdermott are playing. Thibs would have him in the block getting destroyed or Dougie standing around and then yank them the minute they fukked up. The pace/space offense allows them to be effective while taking pressure off your main guys.
