since you're in a mood to up quotes. what about this one..
How does that negate what you said at all? You just said you didn't want him on your team as if he's some disease, and you upp some other shyt:why:

Like I've said time and time again, you needed a wing that can get to the rim. Once teams put the clamps on Conley your offense comes to a halt.
green can't shoot. I wanted a shooter at the 3. he's not that good at creating either, but he's an upgrade over TA, until he starts knocking down jumpers, it's still meh to me.
Green can shoot. At his price/fit you probably won't find another wing that can create his shot better. :manny:

Uncertain grounds
random retro note to pass along (idk how known this is)

apparently the knicks were going to bring in magic instead of isaiah back in the day to run operations and perhaps coach..they chose IT..started a fragmentation within the knicks upper FO back in the day that got exacerbated by IT trying to get more and more power and then with the scandals..they never truly patched things up all the way and probably goes to how theyve been dysfunctional ever since. thomas was chosen because he was more successful as a coach than magic was, he had decent success in toronto drafting/scouting and there were/are a bunch of detroit guys in upper management that were partial to IT. the contracts he handed out were terrible in and of themselves..but the biggest problem that they didnt really foresee coming was that he really believed in simply putting the 5 most talented guys on the court at the same time without regard for chemistry. i think the phil/fisher regime is them finally trying to really make that an organizational change all the way through since phil is all about chemistry (goes without saying). that left a bunch of "dolan guys" on the outside looking in and really relegated them primarily to non-basketball duties.
