:whoo:

Gotta really hand it to modern training techniques though, cause even though it looks like he's lost a step he still looks athletic as fukk.

Some interesting stats from NBA.com's advanced player tracking system:

The best rim protectors in regards to percentage at the rim : (Minimum 7 FGA per game)

2yyxki8.png

Top 10: Bogut (39.5%), Ibaka (39.9%), Hibbert (41.6%), Howard (43.5%), Cousins(44.4%) :leon:, Sanders (45.8%), Duncan(46.6%), Gasol(46.8%), Lopez(47.7%), Noel(47.8%) :ehh:

AD suprisingly low at 50% :patrice:

Most touches per game:

11hyno7.jpg

Look at MCW at 105 touches per game leading the league by far, about 20 more touches per game than Lebron brehs :aicmon: Almost 25 more touches per game than Steph and Russ. It's remarkable that he only averages 4.5 turnovers a game considering he handles the ball more than anyone in the league by far. He's being thrusted into a position that he can't handle due to the lack of help. :manny: He's a solid PG doing the best he can.

Meanwhile spurs fans are just doing this:

1:39 mark. No fukks given :smugfavre:

But still. Wouldn't mind seeing them trade Aron Baynes and Marco Belinelli for a backup small forward or something like that.
But eh, don't fix what ain't broken.

Solid? He's one of the worst offensive players in the league. They sixers have to draft Mudiay.

Gobert is the best rim protector in the league, 38.5% (6.5 FGA) :wow:

Breh anybody that comes to this team with barely any NBA talent will struggle :mindblown:, You really thing a teenager who can't shoot is gonna come in and do better :what: Steph Curry wouldn't even suceed here. There's no one to pass to, I'm not saying MCW isn't replaceable but in the grand scheme of things having a top shelf PG is no not a necessity as most teams that have won championships in the past have not had the best point guards. Dominant wings and big men are what really matter. We'd be better off looking for dominant offensive threats to put around him so that he doesn't have to be a scorer.

Yeah, he's pretty fukking bad, I think it was Marc Stein that said they should have drafted Exum that way this year they'd be clear to draft Okafor or Towns. They're in a weird spot now, cause Mudiay is good but he's not good enough that you should pick him over Okafor, but they already have 2 centers....

You already have a potential dominate post big and an elite rim protector. You also have Saric. You need a legit PG. A lot of the good NBA teams have good PGs and bigs.

He's a pass first PG that is forced to create for himself on a bad team which was never his strong suit, all I'm saying is give him some options at least. :manny:

The problem is how he fits in the future plans, he cannot shoot at all and he's coming from a place where improvement is unlikely. He's a 25% shooter in his first two years, when someone is that bad at shooting they rarely improve to the point you can say they're average, he's going to stay a bad shooter more than likely, especially since he's already 23 years old.

Your squad tried to trade him for a reason, he's not the PG you're going to be seeing on that team 2-3 years from now. Ask yourself how does he fit in with Embiid, Nerlens and Saric if none of those guys are shooters either...

We need wings, why waste a top 5 pick on a PG when it's easily the most replaceable position in the NBA that you can acquire through free agency or trades. That's hustling backwards, Look how little Rondo was traded for, PG's will always be available later down the line if you need one. 2 way wing players are way more important. I rather draft a guy like Stanley Johnson who has the potential to be one or overpay for Kawhi or Butler. :manny:
