I know this, I tried telling you that last summer when you were adamant that one of Bledose or Dragic were about to be traded -

They're about to approach that bridge shortly. As you said Dragic will get a max offer from someone and Phoenix won't be be able to keep both of them.

How is he not the odd-man out? Bledsoe is on a 5-year/$70m contract and they have Thomas to fill that 6th man role, if McDonough isn't willing to match whatever offer Dragic is offered in the off-season, than he'll be gone (if he isn't already traded before the deadline). It's not wishful thinking, it's the reality of the situation.

Trade details aside, no team in the league would be able to compete with Dallas offensively if they had Dragic as their starting PG, he'd be a perfect fit - he wouldn't have a heavy offensive load, he'd be able to run the team without any PGs soaking up his touches and he'd be on a contender.
Trading Dragic before the deadline has zero chance of happening unless they're getting offered a superstar in return. At this point they're still more likely to look to move Bledsoe before losing Dragic.

Your Dallas suggestion again makes no sense. You think Dragic isnt playing to his potential because of the other 2 pgs...and your suggestion is to send him to possibly the only team in the league with more pgs than us? That's not reality, that sounds more like you trying to force your weird Rondo obsession into the conversation.

:wtf:

You're not serious with this are you? Why would any team give up a 'superstar' for a player that's going to be a FA this summer? There's certainly more than a 0% chance he's traded without the incentive of a 'superstar' before the deadline.

I highly doubt any team will take on his contract, especially since he isn't an elite PG and PGs like Bledsoe are a dime a dozen. Hence why I said Dragic is the odd-man out, because HE'S the one that'll suitors will be going after, NOT Bledsoe.

Harris would be the backup to Dragic, and would hardly impact on his minutes. Barea is a reliever, he's at the end of the rotation and has only been used this season because the Mavs need a scoring punch - they don't get that from Rondo and they didn't get that from Nelson. His minutes would be reduced if Dragic was on board.

Dragic is 1st in minutes, Bledsoe is 2nd in minutes and Thomas is 5th in minutes on the Suns - that's a clear sign that something has to give.

Dallas was simply an example, for the fact that they had a #1 offense without an elite PG - adding Dragic would have put them over the top. Celtics, Lakers and Knicks are other examples too.

:childplease: at you talking about forcing a player fixation into the argument. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
