So a player that scored 28 points, with the majority of them being open shots, was better than the player that ran the offense all night, and who was largely responsible for getting not only his team back in the game and extending the lead, but dragged in defenders so that Morrow could get his shot off (and the rest of the team), as well as scoring 28 points and 8 assists and put the Celtics in foul trouble?

I think you may need to watch the game again. Because it's quite clear that Reggie was the player that had the most impact/production in that game.

Rondo shouldn't get all or even most of the blame for this loss. I assumed you're putting all the blame on Rondo because the game ended hours ago, you've been talking about the game for hours and the only person on the Celtics you keep bringing up is Rondo. No long paragraphs about how Jeff Green & Avery Bradley were a combined 11-33 with a large number of their shots being open, no paragraphs about how Olynyk, Sullinger & Zeller gave up 50 points in the paint (Unless you're really gonna blame Rondo for not protecting the paint), no paragraphs about how Evan Turner was a complete liability on both ends. It's all been about Rondo and only Rondo. So yes I made an assumption.

I said that Reggie was the one that brought them back into the game in the 3rd, got them the lead and played a significant part in the win. I'm not sure what more you want. Morrow was the one who closed the game out down the stretch, he was the one that came up big, 20 points in the 4th quarter. I'm not going to go back and forth about this, they both played significant parts. If you say Reggie was the best player on the court, I don't have any problem with that.

If Reggie didn't have that 3rd quarter, the game is different. See I too can play that game. The difference is Morrow had a lot of open shots, created by Reggie dragging in defenders, either creating room for Morrow to get his shot off or defensive mismatches. Reggie ran the offense all night, he had the same amount of points as Morrow and had 8 assists. He had more production than Morrow and he had more impact as he constantly pushed the pace, and passed/looked to score when he needed to get them back in the game and extend the lead. Morrow had a large say in the result, but not as much as Reggie. Saying any different is revisionist history.

no it is not. only 2 of those assists were in fourth qtr. Brooks (the coach if you don't know ) realized the lack of perimeter D and had everyone giving it to Morrow in the fourth qtr. C's didnt plan for this, which is obvious. In the fourth quarter Morrow did not miss. If you don't think this was a difference maker, then you are seriously a fool.

and the fact that you are a known agenda-ist (posting in a Marcus Smart injury thread for no damn reason ) exposes your agenda. Taking away from what Reggie accomplished during the game by looking to score more than to pass - therefore conflicting with Rondo's pass first game.
