That just shows you didn't watch the game. He actually only had 14 points with about two minutes to go, when there was no chance of them coming back and hit two threes while OKC relaxed their defense. He hardly ever looked to score when OKC were eating into their lead nor was he aggressive enough to take back the lead. There were multiple times he was just passing the ball, instead of driving to the hoop or taking jumpers. Ball was in his hands but he never really threatened the defense.Man the Celtics are gonna lose 45-50 games this year and he picks the game where Rondo has 20 points, 12 assists, 9 rebounds to try and pull this shyt
He took no free throws the entire game. Hardly ever probed their defense or took it upon himself to score when his team needed him to. Difference is, Reggie did. And that's why OKC stole the game. Because he put his team in the best position to win.

When this is your argument, you stay losing.He did what it takes, leading a team of very young players. OKC has a seasoned vet in Morrow and most players have played in the postseason. If you are hating on Rondo's game this game, you are truly lost. He had a great game, the best in that game. Numbers don't lie and watching the actual game don't lie either.
But, seriously, what is your issue with Rondo again, I mean I love basketball on all levels, AAU, HS, NCAA, Pros (NBA and overseas) I can't hate on any successful player because I know it takes a lot to get there. But you are probably laying up in your folks basement and hating. Why?
I'm aware. My overall point was he's the LAST person on the Celtics that should be getting blame for this loss. Yet you with your obsessive hate over Rondo are trying to make this about him. Jeff Green played like absolute shyt, Bradley was terrible on both ends, I think Jeff & Avery combined had at least 5 airballs; Sullinger, Olynyk & Zeller were getting bullied and it was a layup line with them defending the paint, Bass came in and contributed nothing Turner, Pressey & Wallace were a disaster when they touched the court.
I know you hate the guy and you relish every chance you get to shyt on him, but this ain't a good choice. Celtics are gonna have a shytload of other losses this season and I'm sure he's gonna play like shyt in a number of them, so don't worry you'll get your opportunity then.
No he didn't. The score was 102-85 with 2:40sec left in the game before he started shooting. It was too late. Where was his scoring in the third quarter or for the first 10 minutes of the fourth quarter? Y'know when the Thunder were actually eating into the lead and then extending it to the point the Celtics couldn't come back. Why didn't he look to score during the most important part of the game?

No he didn't. He had a couple of late threes when it didn't matter to inflate his scoring. Reggie was the best player on the floor. So you're saying numbers don't lie now, yet you love to push this "stop going by box scores' shyt..... unbelievable. Only when the numbers suit your argument right? lol
I've already explained this to you a million times. No issue with the player, just how yall make him out to be better than he actually is. Case in point tonight, if you told somebody how the game panned out tonight, they'd think that Rondo was the best player on the floor, Morrow won OKC the game and Reggie would hardly get a mention. Just lies upon lies upon more lies. He was actively trying to get the team involved. They are a young team, they make mistakes, but I do not seeing you address this. He has to be the captain, leader and best player of the team. Ok. Rondo was the worst player on the floor and the reason the Celtics lost, Anthony Morrow was a non-factor and Reggie Jackson was the only reason OKC won. Happy now?
Why? He's supposedly the best player on the team, and is 'one of the best' players at putting his team in a position to win.
I don't hate Rondo. How many times do I need to say this? I just hate the lies that yall stans constantly use to prop him up.
So when they play well, it's because Rondo carries them and puts them into a position to score, but when they play bad it's not Rondo's fault. Ok. cool. Welll don't you think if they were shooting so bad, that maybe, just maybe Rondo should take it upon himself to do some of the scoring when the game was in the balance?
Yet no mention of how Rondo's defense wasn't any better or the fact that both Sullinger and Olynyk had good games on the offensive end?
I'm not shytting on him. All I said was that Reggie outplayed him (which he did), and all these Rondo stans got in their feelings about how he didn't for all these stupid reasons. I never said that Rondo had a BAD game, because he didn't. Let me ask you this, who was the player on the court in that game? And if you made a poll asking dudes that actually watch the game, who would they vote for?

Um, dude you saying he was outplayed by Reggie, which wasnt true. So in essence you are saying that. Bigs are the most important part of defense. C's have no defensive bigs at this time whatsoever. He is playing a lot better than most PGs on trash teams, yet you hate. Thats what is irrational and makes most folks think you are

You get a good game, good effort for that attempt at sarcasm.
The game was like this: Reggie was the best player on the floor, he single-handily led OKC's comeback and got them the lead, Morrow played a large factor in the win too, just not as much as Reggie. Rondo played a good game, but wasn't aggressive enough when he needed to be (he's suppose to be the leader and clear-cut best player), they could have done with him drawing fouls and/or looking to score. Celtics as a unit basically did nothing to try and stop Reggie as he pretty much picked apart their defense through passing or getting to the rim.
