I actually feel playing within the restraints of popovich's system might be holding him back from truly going off. You can tell even tofy when it was just him and Tony that he was making all the "right" passes and rarely looking for his shot. It was almost robotic to watch. He also needs to work on his handles.



What he do now? I fell asleep.

Kwahi not worth the max. i kno hes hurt and all but he doesnt seem assertive enough to be a real superstar in this league. the Spurs not gon give him the max unless he shows he can be a franchise player This is a team that has went thru Robinson,Duncan and Parker as franchise players. not saying he cant get the max somewhere else but hes maximizing his talent in San Antonio.

He is the franchise player breh..

Honestly...

He plays within the constraints of the "system"..So he not getting Durant and kobe averages offensively

He has been getting "grooming" as a point forward

His defense needs no speaking about

There will be no limits when it comes to his minutes...He averaged almost 13 points and 6 rebounds in 29 minutes..

I think he has a scottie pippen ceiling. And I've said that since 2013...

So in saying that, if he gets up to 20 points with 8 rebounds and 5 assists, logically that would silence some critics....There will always be doubters...

As for Coli nikkas...if he drop 30, they will make dikkhopping 10 threads

Can't see that happening, not because the system won't allow it, but because he doesn't have skillset (yet) to do so.

Pop will find ways to get him the ball in high percentage situations. ..

He is not going to iso ball his way...he can do that in moments tho...

Pop said no plays were ran for him during the finals...

Kawhi is just not that offensively gifted to be that type of scorer when he is focused on by the defense. Ginobli used to go off in situations like last night when he was the main scoring option for the spurs. Jokers blasted me for saying that he's not the offensive player that parsons is. He better choose his team carefully us not every team can cater a system to him that gets the most out of his talent like pops can. He's going have to play for pops, Carlisle type coaches...

If kawhi take a max contract in a place like New York where they like heroball, he's toast. Ain't no system in New York, it's just go out there and play/produce
