One thing i wish the nba would consider and do is after CFB and NFL saturday playoff games are over they would showcase more saturday basketball at different times in the day instead of basically always starting at 7pm.

This coming saturday is a prime example of how the NBA can continue to showcase GREAT NBA Basketball.

You could have a saturday slate like this and call it "Playoff Preview Saturday"

Raptors at Wizards - noon TNT

Okc at Memphis - 2:30 TNT

Clippers at Spurs - 5:30 ABC/ESPN

Suns at Warriors - 8:30 ESPN.

having a featured slate of games like this would be wonderful and continue to provide boost and ratings the NBA needs.

Well, I think his defense has been better this season outside of the last week where he's been lazy and inattentive.

And Wittman has ruined him. The only saving grace is he's still one of the youngest players in the NBA.

Beal looks good on his 3 point shots because he practices those in his sleep. His shooting form is bad in mid range because he doesn't keep his form off the dribble.

And he just keeps doing it again and again.

Wall used to release the ball on his way down but you can see the work he's put in because he changed his shot and shoots on the way up. Plus, he practices his shots in the places he knows he's going to get to every single game. Top of the key/elbow... and elbow/corner 3s on occasion.
Wall worked on that stuff on his own time. Beal hasnt.

I also dont think its just form, dude is shooting 10% less from 3-16 feet than his first two years. Its something else, but if he cant shoot off the dribble then he is not a star player. That's common for every big time wing player in this league.

oh and I found this funny, Humphries has been a good upgrade over Booker

I like Humphries lol.

I've lost faith in Beal.

I've not seen breh beat a guy off the dribble. That's a big problem if you a 2guard.

Wizards won't contend for anything until 1)Wittless is gone 2)they get a second scorer/star.

Beal is not it, imo. He looks the same player as last year but on top of that his defense is atrocious now.

Also you mention Butler, but the bench has been ass minus Humphries and Seraphin. Andre Miller is even worse than Butler.

And that Gortat contract already looks bad.
Didn't Grunfeld just give Wittman an extension? :mjcry:

Maybe I'm being to simple here but why does the nba need to boost ratings?

One good game justifies your argument?
Here's the thing - it DISPROVES this stupid notion that you and many other posters have on this board, that Kyrie doesn't have an argument over him; that it's laughable that anybody would think that he's better, when he's not even comparable to Lillard.

Yall dudes eating that crow now.
I guess mo Williams is the second best of in the leage
What are M.Williams averages/percentages this season? What are M.Williams averages/percentages over his career?

Yeah. Exactly.

http://bballbreakdown.com/2015/01/2...zzlies-are-still-winning-the-pau-gasol-trade/

From the outset, let’s establish that one team winning a trade doesn’t necessitate another lost it. In theory, both teams should win every trade. Clearly, the Lakers benefitted enormously. They pacified Kobe Bryant. They made it to three consecutive Finals, and they won two more championships. They obviously “won” the trade. But that doesn’t mean the Grizzlies lost it. Some transactions really are “win-win.”

@houston911 isn't this what we've been telling these simple ass nikkas for years?
