I believe next year a lot of these mediocre and garbage teams will make noise.

For example - Utah. Their frontcourt of Favors and Kanter with Burke and Hayward in the back, Wiggins or a Parker inserted makes a big difference. Aside from right now, I don't watch their games so I don't know why their so bad. There are worse rosters in the league.

Sacramento is one player and a vet away as well. Cousins and Mclemore with a 2 PG rotation of Vasquez and Isiah with a lotto looks good
