Random but just came across this video. Words can't describe the appreciation I have for Artest. But look at the interview. Dude went from exhausted and disappointed to watery eyes and joy talkin about the 08-09 rockets squads. Called that squad amazing. You can tell he feels like many other Houston fans that we would've won that year if it wasn't for injuries. I hate when ppl say it was pure luck we took LA to seven games. We were the better team, they was just more healty.

Lol, 5 years later and still can't get over that season. fukking tmac. I rmeber thinking to myself after that season, man we should traded for Kobe instead of tmac or traded tmac trod Kobe when he was trying to leave LA...for whatever I kept thinkin what if we had Kobe instead of tmac even though Kobe was the one who took injured Yao in the series.

I was a Rockets stan during the Ming Dynasty :to:

I remember:patrice:
I hate this about myself, its basically a character flaw I can't fix :to: I find a player and I go all in. Yao was that player. He had to right mix of potential/talent, humilty and passion that I look for. Always hated TMac tho:ehh:

Now its Lob City till death :birdman:

Or till Blake's knees go out or he gets traded:lupe:

I resent that characterization :pacspit:

I root for the team before there is even a bandwagan usually. The only exception was the Heat when JWill was there and the Cowboys when TO was there. And MJ when he was on the bulls... Ok, I might be a bandwagon fan :to:

But in my defense I was always a Clippers fan. I grew up in LA and they gave me and other kids free LA gears when I was in elementary school. I just never cared if they won games till Blake came. :ld: And Ive always hated the Lakers, and thats one of the most important factors in determining a true Clips fan. @pete clemenza is definitely a better fan than me :to: bit I dont think he's more passionate than I am at the moment :jawalrus:

76ers are trying out there. They're just not talented enough. They plyin hard out there, competing, and defending and they still getting own out. They not purposely losing tonite.

And this type of sorry is everlasting too. They will suck for at least 2 more seasons.
