I feel so disgusted by his work this season.
I'm not a Shaw fan either. But Ghoulface Killa wouldn't have the Nuggets in the playoffs with the roster issues they've had this season. I can think of a couple of borderline playoff teams in the West he could get to a surprise 7 seed and then lose in the first round with, though.

This is Rick's last year. By hook or by crook, Shabazz will get a shot. Not sure if it will be here or not, but he's gonna show out. I'm quite impressed by how he's handled all of this. Whoever the next coach is, NEEDS to get with the program when it comes to Ricky, Shabazz, Dieng, and whoever else they may select.

Karl wouldn't have exiled Andre Miller or start an undersized, defensively retarded PF at center for practically the entire season. he'd coach this squad to their strengths and have them play free, fast and as a team. not repeatedly try to force a square peg into a round hole (II).

Honestly IDK how JJ got leading role of Center position again; especially since that was one of the main reasons why Portland struggled so much last season....
He was undersized and they played him at the 5, when in reality he's a 3 /4....
