Anyone here ever used an EC/ECA stack? Nearing the end of my cut and wanted to know if yall think it's worth the boost :patrice: .

I've used ec stack w/ bronkaid. Imo it's the best otc fat burner and appetite suppressant. It's great to take before cardio too, energy through the roof. Just don't take it too late in the day or it will eff w/ your sleep (which is also important when cutting).

Beautiful MLK day today. Already did my upper body workout in the AM but the weather is too nice for me to pass up a good cycle.

Ended doing 16 miles total. So many bikers were out yesterday.

I need a Penninsula/South Bay route. Anything going towards the Golden Gate Bridge gets mad packed.

When I worked in SF, we would bike golden gate park, then go north to the presidio via ocean beach, and then play soccer near the old military barracks in presidio. Not sure if that's still around but it was a nice route.

Yep, I actually did a similar route a few months back with my friends. The soccer fields at the GG Park are very nice. I’m looking for a route that starts in the City but goes down towards the Peninsula. Riding in the city is too stop and start.

I keep a printable calendar for the current month on my fridge. For each day I work out, I write on it "GTWI" (Get That Work In).

Most recently, it's been 3 out of 4 days (idle yesterday).
