Something I’ve noticed ever since I became physically active; I can’t sit still. I work at a desk job and before being active, I could sit in my chair for hours before getting up, but now, I can’t sit for more than 30mins before the urge to get up and just walk around. I have to be constantly moving around the office. It’s like my body or brain is used to this new activity and can’t stand me being idle. It’s quite interesting I think.
