Thinking about doing cardio & walking twice a day for 4 weeks… I wonder how weak my lifts will get

Man I was so tired from work almost didn’t make it to the gym .


Picked my self up and just went had a good work out .


Didn’t do my regular routine did some machine work and threw in a few dumb bells .


I walked in the gym dude like what’s wrong . I said I had a long day breh I’m so tired . Showed him how shyt went . He said what time is it ? I told him he said yea that shyt already happen you here now so let’s get it :yeshrug:.


I was like :ehh: you right breh :salute:.
