TLR is the worst place to go for anything fitness related. Lots of experts who could barely pick up 100 lbs giving advice

Nah there is some decent discussions that happen from time to time but anything that would require an expert's opinion/advice just results in fukkery there. I am learning boxing without a gym, purchased a few good courses and have just been focusing on perfecting footwork, angles, and punching drills. From what I’ve heard the more quality purposeful reps you put in the better boxer you become, it’s all about skill.Anybody boxed before ? I’m thinking about getting to a gym to assist in my goals
