What a workout :ahh:


I really like my Thursday workouts .


Breezing through everything within a hour and a half .


Hitting all upper body 65% of max .

Focused on squeezing while doing higher reps .


End the workout with super sets .


Even squeezed in some dumb bell work out :ehh:

Imma be feeling it tomorrow my body gonna hurt so good :mjcry:.


My shoulders already feeling it :wow:.

Does anyone have a peloton bike? I’m thinking of getting one fir the living room my cardio has went to shyt.

My ankle “healed” in the wrong direction :francis:

Probably looking at another couple weeks with some sort of compression sleeve and then a week or so to get 100% back to soccer shape.

Doesn’t seem like I’ll be able to play any soccer for all of March :mjcry:

Doc was even saying to dead all physical activity that involves putting weight my ankle (no cycling either).

Time to break out the sparring gloves. Gonna have to work the bag for the next couple of weeks.

PCP already been known he's not tall enough to ride this ride...lack of training. just got back in the gym two weeks ago after about 3.5 months of absolutely nothing. it's ugly :wow:
