Lucky you. I got to brush multilayers of overnight snow of my ride before I head to the gym.....or anywhere for that matter.

Back Squat: worked up to 425 for a single. :ehh:

Bench Press: Did AMRAP at 225; only got 13. Then I singled up to 275 (paused) and did 2 paused doubles @ 250. :francis:
P. Row: Singled up to 235 and then did 3 back-off triples @ 195. :sadcam:

Accessories: Lateral Raises (3x10), V-Bar Pushdowns (3x10), and Face Pulls (3x12).

Then ran a mile and crawled to the crib.

Imma do like @You know damn well said and stretch. Squatted 7 times this week, pulled 3 times. My lower back on some :upsetfavre: right now.
