First actual game action of the year yesterday in 5 a side at the park. Every bit as sharp as I imagined I'd be. My team won 12-11 after going down 4-1 early.

Hit that point where I forget how tired I am and just play w/ no restraints :ahh:

Woke up today feeling like I didn't just run myself into the ground yesterday. Legs and back on deck. No days off is the life rn :win:

Going with lighter weights for the next two months to get more reps. About that hypertrophy life instead of strictly strength.
