You gonna have to invest in treatment the way a soccer athlete would..:yeshrug:

Playing at that volume is no good if your body not gonna fully recuperate

I'm taking off all of February and March. Might even take of April as well. Gonna just focusing on biking and light weights.

Maxed at 215, no rest and no spotter. Highest ever.

:wow: I'm focused now. Might fukk around and hit that 225 even if it's just once by the end of the month. But definitely by st Patrick's day. Feel like I'm back in my groove and routine. Just gotta keep going to erase all I've lost from this desk job. Getting back to where I need to be and beyond. :wow:

It's official. Doc said no more soccer for me for the next couple months. Gotta let my knee, back and hammy heal.

-Hamstring injury he said is probably from a lack of conditioning (my workout routine took a hit the past couple of months as my workload in the office increased)
-Knee he said is probably strains and general wear and tear but my increase in weight helped expedite it
-Lower back pain has always been there but all the sitting I've been doing, coupled with some weight gain and lack of core strength have all contributed to it.

This damn job trynna put me 6 feet deep I swear :francis:
