Haven't been to the gym since Saturday. Work has been fukking me up, and I've been tired as shyt. :mjcry:

So decided to switch things up and probably gonna replace RDL's with snatch grip deads. Def felt it more in my legs then in a convential. I only 3 x 10 with 135 lbs. so it's a start.

Does anyone else do these?

This was a fun watch. Chris Jones intensity is great


CT Fletcher's son needs to check himself though. He's gonna wreck his back if he keeps re-enforcing that rounding when he pulls. You can get away with it for a while but once you get to those 4 plates and up it tends to catch you if you're not on point.

I'm surprised some of these cats didn't fukk up they back. A lot of them were rounding their backs way too much
