I really wish they wouldn't play techno music at my gym brehs :skip: I should probably bring my mp3 player but I feel like it might take my mind off of my form

Anyone doing compound exercise supersets

And if so did you find that you had to drop some weight to get through them?

God damn I feel good :ahh:

I only superset when I need a 3+ min break.

Example:

Say I'm doing power sets with 5min rest

Bench 3-5 reps -> *2min rest* -> Row 3-5 reps -> *2min rest*

By the time I'm back to benching 5mins have past and acute fatigue has mostly subsided.

For slightly higher reps with 3min rests, I'd just shrink the rest time to 1minute. I wouldn't go lower than that though.

Im thinking about adding power cleans to my leg day. Normally, I do: squats, RDL, front squats, barbell lunges and some calves work. Which if any of these should I sub out?

you try them? I joked with my b/f that if ANYONE can find a way to eat pancakes damn near every day while still eating clean it was me LOL.


If I try any other protein based recipes I'll def letcha know how they come out.
