The purpose of the pulling exercises is not to train your grip. There are exercises specifically for that. So yes use straps for the heavier weights where your grip will always be weaker compared to what you lift...........................Y'all use straps on pulling exercises? Tired of my grip going out when I know i still got reps left in the tank. But I feel like my grip won't actually improve if I rely on straps.
