Y'all use straps on pulling exercises? Tired of my grip going out when I know i still got reps left in the tank. But I feel like my grip won't actually improve if I rely on straps.
The purpose of the pulling exercises is not to train your grip. There are exercises specifically for that. So yes use straps for the heavier weights where your grip will always be weaker compared to what you lift...........................

I don't. I might use chalk depending on how I feel but if my grip is holding me back, I focus on improving my grip strength.

Gonna add running back into my routine once summer is over. 2x a week should be fine.

School’s back in session so soccer fields will be hard to come by. Prob only gonna play on Saturdays now :francis:

Gym will 3x a week. Alternating weeks between 2/1 split on upper body and lower body.

I dont fell motivated anymore. I used to work out 4 times a week now i get 2 days in on a good week. I dunno if its due to aging or what but man on my days off i just dont wanna do shyt
