4 AM again getting use to these early morning workouts. I drink a some coffee before my workout. Worked out back today with some arms just getting my body back in the routine of doing the exercise movements. Did a ab routine afterwards. Took your guys advice I run on the treadmill for 20 minutes then walk for 5. Hit the sauna then come home and get ready for work.

Does anyone here do decline bench? They got 3 of those things in my gym and Ive seen someone on it like once. Wish they would take them out and put something more useful in that space. :martin:

I use the Hammer Strength decline machine. The mind-muscle connection is better than their Hammer Strength incline machine IMO.

The traditional decline bench collects dust at my gym too.
